What we collect

• What you ask us to make: custom text, links, images and files you upload, and project details you send in a custom order request.
• Account details if you create an account: name, phone and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
• Visit data: pages you view and basic device information, collected through cookies and similar tools (see below).

How we use it

• To confirm, make, ship and support your order, and to call you about it.
• To answer your questions and custom order requests.
• To understand which pages and products people use, and to measure our ads.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share only what is needed with:

• Delivery partners (courier companies), who need your name, phone and address.
• Payment services (such as SSLCommerz and bKash) when you pay online. We never see or store your card or wallet PIN.
• Advertising and analytics tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which receive information about your visit and your orders.

Your files

Images and files you upload are stored privately and used only to make your order or quote. Files you upload but never use are deleted automatically.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart and sign-in working, to remember your theme, and, with analytics and advertising tools, to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works, but sign-in may not.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for support, warranty and accounting. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data, except records we must keep.
